  Lazada预计2018年200万新消费者将加入网购大军,消费者每月网购的频率将增长30%,从而推动马来西亚电商的总体发展。

  趋势一:全球化将有助于中小企业(SMSs)的发展

  马来西亚的中小企业已经在数字化转型中发挥巨大作用。事实上,1900多个中小企业已经加入最近成立的DFTZ(数字自由贸易区)来帮助他们在全球范围内推广其产品,并将他们的客户范围从3000万扩大到6亿。

  预计到2018年,加入DFTZ的中小企业数量将达到4000个。Lazada的#EveryoneCanSell项目通过在每一阶段为中小卖家提供培训和解决方案,将开展电商业务的中小企业数量增加到占比45%。

  趋势二:社群电商发展前景良好

  社群电商(Social commerce)是一场缓慢发展的革命。由于社群电商主要是由年轻一代推动,所以年轻一代将会对消费者的购物决策产生巨大的影响,尤其是在美容保健类产品、时尚产品以及电子产品等领域。

  此外,随着55%的消费者会跟着视频购物,像化妆教程、产品评论和烹饪演示等品牌视频内容有了20%的增长,这些视频将会促进消费者网购。

  趋势三:新的产品种类和忠诚计划将会增加回头客

  社群电商需要与消费者不断的互动。杂货品、生活日用品以及数字产品和服务将在2018年发生翻天覆地的变化。从领先企业到整个行业,都会提供忠诚计划来吸引资深网购消费者。

  趋势四:人工智能将重新定义客户体验

  人工智能在提供个性化和交互式购物体验方面非常专业。配送中心和物流仓储系统方面的创新大大减少了马来西亚国内和国际的交货时间。

  事实上,有说法称,到2020年将会有85%的客户互动类的工作不需要人类来做。

  趋势五:O2O的整合购物体验

  O2O购物体验将改变消费者的购物方式。虽然越来越多的人习惯在线上买书籍、鞋子和电子产品,但是大部分消费者还是选择在实体店购物。

  预计2018年建立线上业务的线下品牌数量将增长35%,为消费者购物提供多个渠道。

  一个可以预见的趋势是除了为消费者提供便捷的购买和退货方式,企业还将为消费者提供多种支付方式,以完善多渠道购物体验。
